NEURO – TRACING IN TRAINER – TRAINEE INTELLIGENCE BASED ABSORPTION AND RETENTION PREFERENCE

Abstract: The last decade and a half, have seen arrival of biology (Biological Sciences) into realm of management; particularly, biological foundations of management. Biology and management sciences have made noteworthy entrance into Management Studies. A broad spectrum of academic fields, including Cognitive Biological Science, Psychology, Organizational Studies, and Management, aim to explore incentive-based Trainer – Trainee oriented intelligence ‘learning style enhances memory work’. This is coupled with rise of AI, Trainer – Trainee oriented intelligence accountability, new work paradigms, and crafting of ‘learning style enhances memory work’ amidst limited information regarding highly unstructured ‘learning style enhances memory work’ scenarios. The role of Biology in Management has introduced fresh interpretation of Management dynamics by integrating experiments and laboratory simulations. In a contemporary framework, absorption and retention preference making, data driven biological approaches to Trainer – Trainee oriented intelligence ‘learning style enhances memory work’ confront prevailing issues. There is a tendency to think in causal terms, favouring predictable results. In this context, sensory organs have been experimented to complement precise data and information. This raises a fundamental inquiry: what defines evidence in Trainer – Trainee oriented intelligence absorption and retention preference sciences? This necessitates comprehensive thinking and profound comprehension as a paradigm for managing absorption and retention preference control is evolving. In this framework, actions shift from being result-oriented to relationship-oriented. This paper addresses three questions: How does a Trainer – Trainee intelligence create biological basis absorption and retention preferences? What aspects support Trainer – Trainee oriented intelligence absorption and retention preference? What do eye-impressions illustrate in cycle of biological Trainer – Trainee oriented intelligence absorption and retention preferences?
