The Journal of Dynamics and Control is dedicated to expanding the reach and impact of its scholarly articles through a comprehensive open access policy. This policy encompasses the following key elements:

Immediate and Unrestricted Access: All articles published in the Journal of Dynamics and Control are available online immediately upon publication. They can be accessed and read freely without the need for subscription or registration, ensuring that all researchers and interested parties can easily obtain and engage with the content.

Creative Commons Licensing: To facilitate broad dissemination and use of published research, each article is released under a Creative Commons license. This licensing model permits users to share, adapt, and build upon the work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors. This approach not only supports the free exchange of knowledge but also respects and acknowledges the contributions of the authors.

The peer review process at the Journal of Dynamics and Control is designed to uphold the highest standards of academic rigor. Each manuscript undergoes a double-blind review, meaning that both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous to each other. The manuscript is evaluated by two independent experts in the relevant field. The insights and recommendations from these reviewers are integral to the editorial decision-making process, which involves determining whether to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript. The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief, who may also consult with advisory board members to ensure a thorough and balanced evaluation.

In alignment with the principles of open access, the Journal of Dynamics and Control employs Creative Commons (CC) licenses to remove obstacles to content reuse. Unlike traditional subscription-based models where rights are often transferred exclusively to publishers, the CC licenses allow authors to retain non-exclusive rights while permitting the publisher to distribute their work. The use of the CC-BY license specifically allows for the unrestricted reuse of content, provided that proper attribution is given. This license helps to maximize the visibility and impact of the research while ensuring that authors receive appropriate recognition for their work.

Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of US$ 60 or Rs. 5000 after peer review and acceptance. This fee covers DOI, handling, editorial, and production costs for open access publication.
